Can I change plans at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately and are calculated on a pro-rata basis.
What happens after the 100 queries in the Discovery plan?
Once the limit is reached, you can either wait until the following month or upgrade to the Professional plan to benefit from 250 queries per month.
How does pricing work for multiple users?
For the Professional plan: €149 excl. VAT/user/month for 1 to 3 users. From the 4th user, the price drops to €119 excl. VAT/user/month for all users.
Is the Custom plan suitable for large organizations?
Absolutely. The Custom plan includes private cloud deployment, customized integrations, dedicated training, and an account manager. Contact us to discuss your specific needs.
